Technology

All constructions are erected using prefabricated reinforced concrete. The benefits: Shorter construction times, more economic. They correspond to the DIN standards EN 206-1, 1045-2 and 1045-3. |
The SBB patented formwork system guarantees that the systems remain highly leak-proof in the long-term. Flexible large format formwork elements allow precise circular constructions. Concrete surfaces that are permanently free of pores and blowholes on the outer and inner walls are created using non-absorbent, absorbent or draining formwork surfaces and the unique SBB concreting process. Construction parts such as base plates, ring walls or ceilings are therefore free of through-tie, free of working joints and monolith. Horizontal work joints between construction parts are created in accordance with DIN 18541.
